Our memory care neighborhood pays homage to Teepa Snow’s vision that all Alzheimer and dementia residents are precious gems at different stages of the disease. Their specific needs are addressed and we understand that each resident does not interact the same way.

Vintage Care of Palatka offers an individualized experience.

We will treat and care for our residents as individuals each with their unique personalities, interests, psychological and physical needs. Our Resident Council and Food Council is comprised of our residents who will share with us their likes and dislikes so that activities, meals, and entertainment are dictated by their passions, not by corporate rules.
