While in their industry staffing is always a challenge… Vintage pulls it off with a smile! This facility was a saving grace to us when we found ourselves caring for our grandmother unexpectedly. They made the entire process so understandable and provided any and all resources they could to alleviate our stress. They communicate efficiently and truly form a relationship with the families they provide for. The biggest compliment I can give is that our grandmother who has had a very difficult life shared with us that she finally feels at home, and safe at Vintage Care. Not all families are able to provide in home care for elderly family members, there is no shame in seeking help, and I can’t recommend vintage care senior living enough.
Just wanted to drop a note to tell everyone how wonderful this place is. Traci Vinson went above and beyond in a very short time period in order to make it possible for my Aunt to live there. My Aunt has been there for over 3 months now and the staff has always been upbeat, pleasant and very helpful. The kindness they show to everyone, residents as well as visitors, is warming to the heart and makes me glad my Aunt has such an uplifting, warm place to call home at this stage in her life. Thanks to you all!!
